Es de esperar que no se convierta en algo permanente, porque en serio no creo que pueda aguantar más tiempo si se supone que debe ser un largo periodo de tiempo! Yo definitivamente no quieren ver que, un día, me odio. Detesto esa escena, así como la escena de ustedes y me dejó. Pero realmente voy a quedar otra alternativa que aceptar mi destino si un día yo realmente ya no puede estar con usted. Pediré un deseo todo lo mejor si me estás dejando, va a estudiar al extranjero, o simplemente odian la vista de mí a causa de nuestros comportamientos diferentes. Todavía me aprecian y recuerdan los buenos tiempos que hemos pasado juntos (no mucho a partir de ahora), pero siguen siendo muy buenos recuerdos. Gracias por todo lo que me has dado y me enseñó.

Todos los cambios, pero por una sencilla razón, sólo espero para ir mejorando cada día y si es posible, cambie para mejor. En general, no tengo idea de por qué estoy escribiendo todo esto, pero quizás es sólo porque tengo que dejar fuera algunas cosas de mi mente. No puedo mantener todo dentro de mi mente.

An Arsenal fan hung himself following his team's 4-1 aggregate drubbing by arch-rivals Manchester United in the Champions League semi-final, police said.

Suleiman Alphonso Omondi, a 29-year-old Kenyan living in the capital Nairobi's Embakasi neighbourhood, hanged himself in his Arsenal shirt after the match.

"We were watching the match at Bamba 70 pub, and when Arsenal was defeated, Suleiman just walked out in protest and he was crying," Calvin Otieno, one of his friends, said.

"We didn't know he was going to hang himself until this morning when we received the reports and came here to find his body at the balcony," Otieno said outside the deceased's home.

Ferguson and Allardyce: Grow Up

I am still in shock at the reaction of Sam Allardyce and Alex Ferguson to a gesture made by Rafa Benítez after the second goal against Blackburn Rovers last week.

I’ve never heard anything more pathetic in my life. The gesture that has led both men to publicly attack Rafa is so vague that he may as well have blown his nose or belched and been labelled as ‘disrespectful’ towards the Blackburn manager.

I’ve watched the incident in question over and over, and for the life of me I cannot see what they are getting at.

For anyone to suggest Rafa thought it was game over with a two goal lead and 60 minutes to play is outrageous.

How can they infer he meant this from one movement of Benítez’s hands? After all, I can’t understand 99.9% of the strange semaphore he comes out with, so how the fuck can people get uppity about this?

A goal is scored, and for once Rafa smiles. He does not pump his fists, or turn to the Blackburn bench. He does not drop his trousers and moon Big Sam.

His action of crossing his hands, made in the direction of the Liverpool players, could have meant anything; most likely, it meant ‘forget my previous instructions’ over the free-kick. He’s used the same gesture before to say “no, no, no” to his players to stop what they’re doing; never “game over”.

My guess would be that he told Xabi Alonso to hit it towards the far post, as most managers request, but that the midfielder went for the near post. If anything, Rafa looks embarrassed.
However, if Rafa thought it was game over, why didn’t he take off Torres there and then? Or any other players? It’s patronising to suggest he would have thought that.

After all, this is a man who never sees any game as over until the final whistle; a man who was incredibly pissed off that his team only beat Aston Villa 5-0 having eased off in the last 20 minutes.

How it can be interpreted as anything more is alarming, and indicative of two managers ganging up on another like a pair of classless bullies.
[As has since been pointed out to me, Allardyce had no problem at the time, no problem after the match when shaking hands, but as soon as he mentions it in a press conference six days later his good friend Ferguson is doing the same thing at the same time. Collusion? I think so. The Guardian's Fiver sums it up perfectly, even pointing out that Ferguson backed up Allardyce even before Allardyce had said anything publicly! - FIVER ]

Ferguson has allies at numerous clubs, including several ex-players who have worked under him. In this case he is getting into a battle that is not his own, and yet again, for a man who never talks about Rafa Benítez, he’s talking about Rafa Benítez.

Rafa has brought on a fair amount of the Ferguson media storm himself, notably by responding in January to Ferguson talking about Liverpool with a list of what he saw as facts about United, but there is this very alarming collective amnesia when it comes to acknowledging that Ferguson has never been slow to rise to the bait, or indeed, launch his own verbal attacks.

After all, Ferguson spent a press conference after the defeat by Liverpool stating woefully wayward figures [which were laughed at by some Fleet Street journos] about Rafa’s spending. How has that been so quickly forgotten? He spent the week before they lost at Fulham consulting with people at his own club about money spent by Liverpool, which is very bizarre behaviour.

And look at this equally bizarre reporting on Football365:

To me it’s been constant [and tiresome] tit-for-tat between the two men, with the media acting as the tell-tale. One says something, the press goes to the other and says “he’s talking about you”, to which he replies with his own comeback. And repeat.

Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel has been handed a 10-place grid penalty for next weekend’s Malaysian Grand Prix following an incident in Sunday’s Australian race. Vettel collided with BMW Sauber’s Robert Kubica during the latter stages in Melbourne as the Polish driver attempted to overtake him.

Following a post-race investigation, stewards decided to penalise the young German for 'causing a collision and forcing a driver off the track’. He had been racing in second, behind eventual race victor Jenson Button, with Kubica running a close third.

“We were in second and a strong position, but then, a couple of laps from the end, I had a stupid racing accident with Robert,” explained Vettel. “At the time I turned in I was ahead, but I couldn't keep up speed in the corner and Robert was on a harder tyre, so was much quicker. At the time we collided he was in front, but I had no where to go, I couldn't stop the car, or turn to the right and my tyres were gone.

“Maybe I should have said let him go and bring third back home, but that's life. I tried to defend and, up to the mid-corner, I had reason, but then I had no grip to avoid a collision. I'm sorry to the team and also to Robert, as it didn't just mean the end of my race, but also his.”

Both Vettel's and Kubica's cars sustained substantial front-end damage in the collision. But while the BMW Sauber driver spun off and hit a wall soon after, Vettel continued to drive his stricken RB5 with its left front wheel hanging off as the safety car emerged following the incident.

As a result the stewards have additionally fined him - and Red Bull Racing - US$50,000 for continuing to drive a damaged car.

I've tried in the past, but the media misinformation continues to gather pace like some ill-founded rumour. It's dangerous, because it causes unjust criticism.

Let's make one thing clear: Liverpool have nowhere near the most expensive squad in the Premiership.

No. Where. Near.

Indeed, there are three clubs who have spent at least 50 per cent more on their current squad than Liverpool.

Shocked? Well, you should be if you believe what's spouted out on TV. But it's true. And one of the clubs is not a name you'd necessarily expect.

It doesn't help that some people – such as Jamie Redknapp last night – focus on Rafa's gross spend, rather than the net amount. Effectively, this means counting all the right-backs he's bought as one big outlay, rather than looking at how he's replaced one with another for roughly the same £2m fee.

Working with just the gross spend, you add the £2m of Josemi to the £2m value of Kromkamp (even though it was a swap), to the £2.6m paid for Arbeloa. But none of these players were at the club at the same time, and each was traded to get to the point where an outright success was secured, as happened with the final purchase.

So even though the total cost of getting Arbeloa was just the £2.6m paid, people will use a figure almost three times as high. That is illogical.

(Another note, Jamie: Liverpool have three right-backs on the books, not just one; but the promising Darby, like Arbeloa, was injured and Degen has had a first season ruined by various ailments. So it's wrong to criticise the manager for an unbalanced squad and playing a midfielder out of position when three right-backs are unavailable.)

It's like the housing market: you don't just go in and buy a mansion straight from school. (Okay, so maybe some footballers do, but not the normal people of this world. As someone stuck with renting, I'm speaking generally here!)

You start with an affordable house; you then use the money from selling that to buy your next property. Most people can only get to own a big house having traded their way up over a number of years.

Yet when someone asks how much you spent on your house, you don't add all the houses you've ever bought together, do you?

If you own a £220,000 house, you don't say £470,000 because you add the £90,000 starter home and the £160,000 step up. That would be moronic.

According to the excellent and reliable www.LFCHistory.net, Rafa's gross spend is approximately £188m, but his net spend is only £108m, given that around £80m has been recouped.

(I'd hazard a guess that a large proportion of the £108m net spend has also been recouped through Champions League progress rewards, particularly with the Reds being the top-ranked team based on his five-year tenure.)

So it's easy to pluck a figure of '£195m' from the air, live on air, and make it seem like that should make a team champions, or ultra-close challengers.

But it's only the cost of the current squad that counts. Because that's all a manager can choose from; he can't go back in time and select a player he sold in order to trade up, just as you can't just turn up to one of your old houses and let yourself in.

You simply cannot add Rafa having spent £5.8m on Sissoko to the £18m on Mascherano, because the two were never part of the same set-up; one was bought and sold for a profit, and as with a house, the money reinvested in a step-up. If Sissoko isn't bought and then sold, Mascherano probably doesn't arrive.

Is that really too tough to grasp?

From my own experience in writing 'Dynasty', I can attest that researching transfer fees is never easy, given the amount of undisclosed fees and various add-ons (for various things, like appearances, trophies won, national caps and the cultivation of unexpectedly daring hairstyles).

But taking each fee as the most a club has expect to pay when add-ons are activated, I've calculated the cost of the most expensive squads in the league, and listed them below.

(Note: while it's impossible to be 100 per cent accurate with the figures in the public domain, I'd say that overall it's at least 95 per cent of the true amount, and with rival teams I've actually been generous and excluded a couple of players whose cost just isn't listed anywhere I could find.)

The most expensive squads (excluding players out on long-term loan) are as follows:

Chelsea £207m
Manchester United £206m*
Spurs £188m
Manchester City £140m
Liverpool £127m

(*£226m if Carlos Tevez's deal made permanent, given that it is initially a unique two-year £10m agreement, and very different from 99.9 of transfer deals. Effectively United are winning games with a £30m player.)

So what does this tell us?

Let's start with the leaders. United's squad contains the most home-grown players, such as Giggs, Scholes, Neville, O'Shea, Brown and Fletcher, who all arrived for free.

So that shows that it is a long-established core supplemented by a lot of expensive signings added one by one to a unified collection. In other words, classic, spot-on building of a squad when already established at the very top.

But it shows that even if you work with the unfair use of Rafa's gross spend, it still doesn't match what Ferguson has spent on his current squad, let alone those who have been bought and sold for record fees in the past.

And this is utterly, utterly critical, and beyond the grasp of some people who cannot analyse things with common sense.

After all, what does it matter how much Rafa has spent since 2004 if Ferguson is currently fielding players like Ferdinand (£30m) and Ronaldo (£12.8m) who were bought before then?

Isn't Rafa – in the real world – competing with a team whose construction started well before he arrived?

Unless Ferguson is banned from fielding players like Ferdinand and Ronaldo (which would be illogical), or forced to start from scratch in 2004 (again illogical), it is not a fair comparison, is it? – I mean, come on, use your brain for a second here.

After all, how much as Harry Redknapp spent since he took over at Spurs? I make it almost £50m. How much has Rafa spent since Harry Redknapp took over at Spurs? Nothing. But only a nutter would compare the two in this deeply skewed way.

Rafa has been in his job about five times as long as Harry, so you obviously wouldn't dare compare their teams. And yet Ferguson has been in his job about five times as long as Rafa, and yet the Spaniard is expected to have Liverpool as champions by now.

Chelsea and Spurs are actually the more interesting examples in many ways. I knew Spurs had spent a lot, but to have a current squad that cost almost £200m shocked me. Add together the cost of Bentley, Pavyluchenko, Palacios, Bale, Defoe, Bent, Keane and Modric and you more-or-less end up with the cost of Liverpool's entire squad.

I could be sarcastic – or media-style sensationalistic – and say that with that much spent, any manager should be able to win almost all of his matches, but it wouldn't be fair or logical. It's far more complex than that, and even a good manager like Redknapp has his work cut out.

Chelsea and Spurs have had seven managers between them since 2007. This means different men making expensive signings and ending up with a mixed squad. Based on expenditure, both of these clubs are massively underachieving this season. Almost certainly to blame for that is the hierarchy having itchy fingers when it comes to firing managers.

Of course, this analysis doesn't include wages, either. You don't get the very top players in the world without also having to pay them a king's ransom. Michael Ballack must be most expensive free transfer ever, with wages reported to be around £130,000 a week, or about £30m over five years. Again, Liverpool are no way near the highest payers, either.

"Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez has claimed he had no option but to sell Robbie Keane back to Tottenham.

Robbie Keane only lasted six months at Anfield.
The Spaniard has been criticised for not giving the Irish striker enough chances to prove himself, and for not lining up a replacement when Keane returned to Spurs on transfer deadline day after a disappointing six months at Anfield.
But Benitez believes that if Liverpool had not ''cut their loses'' this week it could have be a far worse situation for club and player at the end of the season.
By then, with Keane almost 29, Benitez believes that having moved to Liverpool for up to £20m, his transfer value could have plunged to below £10m.
Liverpool and Benitez contest the transfer fee figures that have been claimed from the London end of the deal, insisting that Spurs could end up paying more than £16m.
And they also claim that Spurs were so keen for the move to go through that they offered Gareth Bale, David Bentley and Jermaine Jenas in the negotiations - but not Aaron Lennon, which would have persuaded Benitez to sell earlier.
And as he prepared his side for the FA Cup fourth round replay at Everton, Benitez said: ''He is a very good player. But we had to decide quickly, clearly with someone his age it was a situation that could not be allowed to drag on. And doing it now, in terms of business, it was better.
''I am hearing figures, and they are not true. Depending on the progress of Spurs it (the loss to us on the original deal) could be about £3m.
''We had to do it now. Later would have been worse for him and worse for us.'' He added: ''If you know something is not working you must find a solution right now.
''Robbie was a very good professional, he was working hard and we didn't have any problems with him in the dressing room. But in the end we had to decide what was the best for the club and the best for him. We had to do it right now, and that was possible because Spurs wanted him.

Benitez claims that football mathematics meant Keane had to go. He said: ''He is 28, and if he was not playing the situation and the fee in the summer could have been worse.''
Benitez argued that Keane did have enough chances to prove himself, saying: ''He has played a lot of games, people talk of the amount of substitutions but he started over 20 games for us this season. Clearly he was not playing at the level he can. You can keep talking and talking, but it is on the pitch that you have to show your quality.
''In the end we were talking about him before and after every game.''
Benitez added: ''Liverpool is a different type of club, the expectation on him was high and everyone was talking about a partnership with Torres, maybe he had more pressure and it was more difficult for him to perform at the level he can achieve.
''We needed to cut our losses because it would be harder in the future if this situation had continued. I believe he was treated properly. The relationship was good between him and me. The last day he was there in the dressing room with me and the kit man after everyone had gone, the relationship was fine.''
